Obedience

Well, the work dried up for a bit but God made it clear to me that I need to have total obedience in my life, not partial, like King Saul in the bible. So when God helped me take the steps to fully obey Him, the work flowed back in. Not that we obey God to prosper financially... but I just think God withdrew His blessing for a while there.
So last week I signwrote a Mini Cooper... with racing stripes! Theyre pretty hard to do!
And Nigel's sister has a new baby and I crocheted these little cardies for her. The patterns are from Holland Designs.

Your cardies are adorable! Nice job on the car, too. I can only imagine how hard it is to get stripes on straight.

thanks Peg! I'm not much on here anymore as you may have noticed! Having too much fun in my new flat! But I do still check in from time to time :)

I'm so glad you're enjoying your new place! It's been many years, but I clearly remember fixing up my first, tiny apartment. I started out with a mattress on the floor, two camp chairs and a big cardboard box for a table. I soon bought a TV and stereo and felt like I needed nothing else!

That sounds cool! I have a list of things I'm still saving up for too, like door mats and maybe a shoe rack...
