Nigel is a huge sushi fan, and so I am getting better and better at making sushi... although this is the first time in a few weeks I have been able to access You Tube, and it turns out I'm doing it all wrong! I've been using the whole sheet instead of cutting it in half. We also want to get it tasting authentic... so we will probably research the proper rice they use... and the proper rice seasoning. But even though it doesn't quite taste like the bought stuff... we still find it quite yummy! (And who can master in a few weeks what takes the experts years of practice anyhow?).
