A Portrait of a friend

This is a portrait of a friend. We have fish'n'chip nights every friday, and 2 fridays ago I said to her "Why am I here?? What's my purpose.. I still don't even know!" and she said "well, what are you good at?" and I said "art?" and she said "Then help people with your art !"

And that very week I was given some canvases and paint and I did my painting for CCF.

So, thanks Teresa, for your prompting! (Although I don't want her to see this before the 26th, coz this portrait is for her birthday :)

nb. it's a bit blurry. I'll take a better photo tomorrow.
