Soo.... new give way rules this sunday morning. Usually on a sunday morning I can't even remember to brush my hair. (Not a morning person). So I've devised a little reminder for when I awake bleary eyed and hop into the car this sunday....

I have been honoured to have been asked to design the logo for this years event. I've always wanted to do it as I participated in this form of dance for over 10 years competitively myself.

As you can tell I'm being very careful not to divulge anything that people Googling this event will find, as these are preliminary designs I am sending to the organisers. But I would like the handful of people who read my blog to see what I've been up to!

Ok I said I 'm so happy in my flat I have nothing to blog about... but it's worse... I have nothing to PRAY about. I mean for years I'd wake up, go into the garage with my bible and I'd be like... "Oh Lord, get me through this day.... help me... turn this nothingness in something.... relieve the suffering of the world (including mine)... infact COME SOON LORD JESUS... come in the next 2 years... PLEASE!".... etc.... etc...
Now I'm happy I have nothing to say!!!
But I realised that being genuinely happy is ok, in fact, saying "thank you" is a legitimate prayer. Actually, I think He may even prefer it... don't you?

We have couches!

Bought a couple of couches off Trade Me. As you can see, there is a rip in one of the cushions, which is why they only cost $14... for the two of them! I LOVE them... they are so comfy and they look pretty good for fourteen bucks if you ask me. And most of the time that rip is covered by a duvet coz they are so snuggly it makes you want to snuggle up as you watch tv or read a book.

Oh yeah, and I bought another chair which I will paint black, so I won't be needing those camping chairs for much longer :)
